Healthy Food For Healthy Life
Saj is a bread grill used in the Middle East. It's a cook-top made of metal and shaped like a dome or flat, with a heat source underneath it.
Our food is made without preservatives, antibiotics, artificial coloring, chemicals, soy, MSG or nitrates.
All items are made from scratch. All dough, sauces and pickles are made in house.
We offer a variety of international food. We specialize in Lebanese food and pastries.
We customize our 2 go meals, and catering according to your needs. Our goal is to offer a healthy, delicious, and satisfying meals.

We are located at 3 farmers markets in Virginia year round :
Prince William Farmers Market County Complex (Stadium), Thursdays (3PM-7PM)
Old Town Alexandria Farmers Market Saturday (7 AM-12 PM)
Dale City Farmers Market Sunday (8 AM-1 PM) .

Dale City Farmers Market: at the commuter lot off Gemini Way
Sundays: 8AM-1PM
New Market on Thursday Market at Prince William Farmers Market
County Complex (Stadium) 3PM-7PM
